Payment is accepted through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your transaction (the PayPal system will accept any valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card), but if you have an PayPal account connected to your credit or debit card, you will need to use that account to proceed.
Small items will be sent via USPS Priority mail (average delivery time 2-3 business days) in Priority flat-rate boxes. The shipping cost for small items is based on the number of items in your order.
Larger specialty items (Cypress knee Santa figures) are shipped separately from other items and sent via USPS Parcel Post. Due to their size and shape, shipping for these items is slightly more expensive, and is based on the average size and weight of the finished knee.
Your order completion time (the time between your order placement and when USPS begins shipment to you) can vary from a few days up to two weeks, depending on the size of your order and my current stock. If I believe your order completion time will be more than one week, I will notify you ASAP and you will have the option of canceling your order if you do not wish to wait. In this case you will of course receive a full refund.
Your complete satisfaction with items from The Merry Bishop is extremely important to me. In the event incorrect items are sent to you (e.g., the wrong color or size) you will have the option of an exchange or full refund at no cost to you. Please remember, however, that the bases of all products at The Merry Bishop are natural wood, shell, plant pods, recycled paper pulp or “found” trinkets. Each piece is unique, with variations in color, texture and grain. The small flaws and bumps in the base add to the unique character of each piece.
